The lead that never got a reply.
The form kept collecting enquiries, but the step that passes them to sales stopped on Tuesday.
Your automations send the invoices, follow up the leads and deliver the reports. When one breaks — or simply stops running — Opsprey tells you within minutes, in plain words, before your customers notice.

A payment step failed once, quietly, and nobody opened the run history.
The Monday schedule stopped. There was no error — the workflow simply never ran.
Usually a customer is the one who tells you. Opsprey is built so you hear first.
Hear about a broken workflow before the business you built it for does — and send them a weekly report under your own name.
Leads, invoices and reports depend on them. Know the moment one stops, without anyone watching a screen.
Keep an eye on the work after delivery, and find out about a problem before it turns into an awkward email.
By email, Slack or Telegram, naming the workflow, the step that failed and the error, with a link straight to it.
Opsprey learns how often each workflow normally runs and tells you when one that should have run, didn't.
A one-page summary of the week, under your own name.
And another when it's back.
n8n keeps a record of every run, and you can build your own error alerts inside it. What it can't do on its own is notice what never happened — or tell you when it is down itself.
They create an access key in n8n and paste it here. Nothing is installed and your workflows are not touched.
Done by whoever manages your n8nOpsprey checks every minute and learns each workflow's normal rhythm. For the first few days it says “still learning” rather than guessing.
An alert when something breaks or stops, and a summary every week.
Opsprey reads whether your runs worked. It is built so it cannot edit, run or delete anything — and an automated test checks that on every update.
We keep only the run record: whether it worked, when, and the error message. Never the data passing through — your customers' details, orders or messages.
The access key is encrypted when stored, and only its last four characters are ever shown.
Delete the key in n8n at any time and Opsprey can no longer see anything.
I also build and repair n8n automations: new workflows, broken ones that need fixing, and connections to the tools you already use. After delivery, Opsprey watches the work, so you'll know if it ever stops.
Connect, keep it running for a week, and tell us what it missed. Paid plans come later; you'll be told before anything changes, and nothing is charged automatically.

No. Someone with access to your n8n does the two-minute setup; after that, alerts and reports are in plain words.
No. Nothing is installed and nothing is added to them.
Self-hosted n8n works on any plan. On n8n Cloud, n8n only provides the access Opsprey needs on the Business plan and above, so Starter and Pro can't be connected yet.
The run record only — status, timing, the failing step and its error message. Never the data your workflows handle.
Not yet. It's planned; until it's proven on real data we show “no data” rather than a guess.
Delete the access key in your n8n. From that moment Opsprey can see nothing.
Monitoring is free during early access. Build and fix work is quoted per job.
For whoever manages your n8n. It takes about two minutes.
Create it in your n8n under Settings → n8n API. Set an expiry — that is the one control every edition has, and it ends the risk of any leak on its own. Scope selection is a paid n8n feature, so on Community your key will carry every scope whether you want it or not; that is n8n's limit, not something you did wrong. If your plan does let you choose, these four are all we use:
Self-hosted n8n always has the API. On n8n Cloud the public API is available on the Business plan and above.
